Refund Policy

We hope you're thrilled with your purchase or the gift you received from Omni Jewelcrafters. However, we understand that jewelry is personal, and you may wish to exchange it for something else. We want you to have a piece you'll love and enjoy!


In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.


Online Return Policy

Returns are valid for online orders only. You may return or exchange items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our team at info@omnijewelcrafters.com to initiate your return.


Additional Info

  • Pieces that have been worn and require refinishing may be subject to additional fees.
  • Custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • By purchasing from Omni Jewelcrafters, you agree to these policies. We reserve the right to amend our policies without prior notice.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Engagement Rings
  • Bespoke and custom pieces
  • Engraved pieces
  • Sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear (scratches, marks, etc.)

The majority of our jewelry pieces are meticulously handmade-to-order, and therefore cannot be returned for a refund. However, select items are eligible for return for store credit within 7 days of delivery. International orders placed outside North America are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
